In 1996 I started my own company. As you can see I have many years of experience in the mobile home moving industry. I not only operate this business but I also oversee each move. I am on site at all times. One advantage to using us for your move is, 99.9% of our work is made up of private moves. We do little to none for dealers. We adopted this policy about 8 years ago. You may ask how this helps you. Let me explain, other movers rely on Dealers of new homes for there revenue and use private moves to fill in the voids. Two things occur when this happens, 1) If they schedule a move with you and then there dealer calls and needs a home moved they will move you back until they get time for you. 2) They will charge you more because if they don't get your business they can just fall back on there dealer for work. So now you see why working with someone who will put your best interest first and not a big dealer is so important.What I will do for you. 1) We will come to your home and give you a written estimate at no charge to you. (If they will not come look at your home, then they will stick you on the back side of the move.) 2) I can provide you with my insurance, bond and license #. (If they say they have this, make sure it is in there name and not someone else name.) What to do first>

2) Get a phone estimate and set up a date to meet. Then we can give you a written estimate.
3) Get permits to move home. I like for you the home owner to get the permits. This will save you money. Other movers say they will get them for you and then charge you 3 times what they cost. Getting the permits takes a little leg work but it is not hard. If you don't want to get your own permits we can do it for you but we will have to charge for this service. Permits you will need are 1- health permit ( septic tank OK) 2- Tax permit ( taxes are paid up to date ) 3- Building permit ( allows us to start work ) The one permit I need to get is the DOT moving permit the cost of this permit will be included in the move. I will order this permit from Raleigh.
4) Prepare your new lot for home. Prepare your home for the move. Prepare your old lot so we can move home. ( We will go over the things you need to do when we meet. At that time I will tell what needs to be done. )
